General Terms & Conditions


When reserving a table or area, you will be given a start and end time. If you wish to stay longer than your given time, please give us a ring (subject to availability). 

Please give us a ring if you have 3 or more children attending your booking. 

Please advise your server of any allergies, dietary requirements or special requests when placing your order.


For groups of 8 or more we ask you to give us a ring. Any bookings of 8 or more require a £10 per person deposit and we take this payment over the phone. You can redeem this deposit agaisnt the total value of your bill at the end of your reservation or request for it to be refunded back onto your card. 

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your booking either via the email confirmation you received, or give us a call. We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel your table, however we understand if last minute plans pop up, please let us know!

What if we're running late?

We understand that plans don't always go swimmingly. There is no need to get in contact if you're 5 minutes late, we will always be happy to hold your table for 10 minutes from your booking time (please note that this may be taken off your booking turn time). Unfortunately, after 10 minutes we cannot guarantee your booking  and may need to release your table. If you are running late and have paid a deposit, we will deem you as a 'no show' and charge your payment card and retain your deposit of £10 per person. 



To change the number of guests, you can either reply to the email confirmation you received from us or give us a call and we can do this for you. If you have paid a deposit and would like to cancel, please let us know by phone and we can refund your deposit with 24 hours notice.
